Wanneer je je geld terugkrijgt en hoe je dat aanvraagt.

Refund policy

When you get your money back and how to request it.

Dit beleid is de enige plek waar staat wanneer je geld terugkrijgt. De algemene voorwaarden en de lidmaatschapsvoorwaarden verwijzen hiernaar.

1. In het kort

Valt je verzoek onder meer dan één regeling, dan krijg je de regeling die voor jou het gunstigst is.

2. Wettelijk herroepingsrecht

  1. Koop je als consument, dan mag je de overeenkomst binnen 14 dagen na het sluiten ervan zonder opgave van redenen ontbinden. Hoe dat werkt, staat in artikel 5 van de algemene voorwaarden.
  2. Bij digitale inhoud (cursussen, video’s, templates) vervalt dit recht zodra je toegang krijgt, maar alleen als je bij het afrekenen uitdrukkelijk hebt ingestemd met directe levering en hebt verklaard dat je daarmee je herroepingsrecht verliest. We bevestigen dat per e-mail.
  3. Bij diensten (zoals coaching) die op jouw verzoek al binnen de 14 dagen zijn begonnen, betaal je bij herroeping alleen het deel dat al is geleverd.

3. Tevredenheidsregeling lidmaatschap en coaching

Bovenop het wettelijke recht geven we je bij een lidmaatschap of coachingtraject 14 dagen om te kijken of het bij je past. Je krijgt je geld terug als:

  1. je de terugbetaling aanvraagt binnen 14 dagen na de aankoop;
  2. je niet meer dan 20% van de cursusinhoud hebt afgerond (we kijken naar de voortgang op het platform); en
  3. je kort vertelt waarom het niet bij je past.

We betalen terug wat je hebt betaald. Heb je al persoonlijke 1-op-1-coachingsessies gehad, dan trekken we die naar rato af: bij een pakket met 10 sessies is één gehouden sessie 10% van de pakketprijs. Openstaande termijnen vervallen.

Niet onder deze regeling vallen aankopen met een kortingscode of een tijdelijke actieprijs. Daarvoor gelden wel het wettelijke herroepingsrecht en, voor de Challenge, de garantie hieronder.

4. 30 dagen geld-terug-garantie: 14 Dagen AI E-Commerce Challenge

Op de Challenge geven we de garantie die op de Challenge-pagina staat: volg je alle stappen en staat je online business na de 14 dagen niet live, dan krijg je je investering terug. Voorwaarden:

  1. je vraagt de terugbetaling aan binnen 30 dagen na de aankoop;
  2. je hebt de lessen van alle 14 dagen gevolgd en de opdrachten gedaan (we kijken naar de voortgang op het platform); en
  3. je webshop staat niet live en is niet klaar om te verkopen.

Je krijgt het volledige bedrag van de Challenge terug.

5. Zo vraag je een terugbetaling aan

Mail naar info@dropshipacademy.nl of stuur een bericht via de chat in het helpcenter. Vermeld:

  • je naam en het e-mailadres waarmee je hebt gekocht;
  • wat je hebt gekocht en wanneer;
  • welke regeling je gebruikt (herroeping, tevredenheidsregeling of garantie).

Je krijgt binnen 5 werkdagen antwoord. Wijzen we een verzoek af, dan leggen we uit waarom.

6. Uitbetaling

  1. We betalen binnen 14 dagen na je herroeping of na ons akkoord terug, via dezelfde betaalmethode als waarmee je hebt betaald, tenzij we samen iets anders afspreken.
  2. Betaal je in termijnen, dan krijg je de betaalde termijnen terug en vervallen de openstaande.
  3. Na de terugbetaling vervalt je toegang tot het platform, de community en de coaching.

7. Wanneer er geen terugbetaling is

Buiten de regelingen hierboven is terugbetaling niet mogelijk zodra je toegang hebt gekregen. Dat geldt bijvoorbeeld als:

  • de termijn van de regeling voorbij is;
  • je de resultaten niet haalt die je hoopte (behalve bij de garantie in artikel 4): resultaat hangt ook af van je eigen inzet;
  • je het lidmaatschap tussentijds wilt stoppen (zie artikel 2 van de lidmaatschapsvoorwaarden).

Je wettelijke rechten, zoals bij een product dat niet doet wat is afgesproken, blijven altijd gelden.

8. Wijzigingen

Voor je aankoop geldt de versie van dit beleid die gold op de dag van aankoop. Een nieuwe versie geldt alleen voor aankopen daarna.

If your request falls under more than one scheme, the scheme that is most favourable to you applies.

2. Statutory right of withdrawal

  1. If you buy as a consumer, you may cancel the agreement within 14 days of its conclusion without giving any reason. How this works is set out in article 5 of the general terms and conditions.
  2. For digital content (courses, videos, templates) this right lapses as soon as you get access, but only if you expressly agreed to immediate delivery at checkout and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal. We confirm this by e-mail.
  3. For services (such as coaching) that started at your request within the 14 days, you only pay for the part already delivered if you withdraw.

3. Satisfaction scheme for membership and coaching

On top of your statutory right, we give you 14 days with a membership or coaching programme to see whether it suits you. You get your money back if:

  1. you request the refund within 14 days of purchase;
  2. you have completed no more than 20% of the course content (we look at your progress on the platform); and
  3. you briefly tell us why it does not suit you.

We refund what you paid. If you have already had personal 1-on-1 coaching sessions, we deduct them pro rata: in a package with 10 sessions, one session held is 10% of the package price. Outstanding instalments are cancelled.

Purchases made with a discount code or a temporary promotional price are not covered by this scheme. The statutory right of withdrawal and, for the Challenge, the guarantee below still apply.

4. 30-day money-back guarantee: 14 Day AI E-Commerce Challenge

For the Challenge we give the guarantee stated on the Challenge page: if you follow all the steps and your online business is not live after the 14 days, you get your investment back. Conditions:

  1. you request the refund within 30 days of purchase;
  2. you have followed the lessons of all 14 days and done the assignments (we look at your progress on the platform); and
  3. your web shop is not live and not ready to sell.

You get the full price of the Challenge back.

5. How to request a refund

E-mail info@dropshipacademy.nl or send a message via the chat in the help centre. Please include:

  • your name and the e-mail address you used for the purchase;
  • what you bought and when;
  • which scheme you are using (withdrawal, satisfaction scheme or guarantee).

You will receive an answer within 5 working days. If we refuse a request, we explain why.

6. Payment of refunds

  1. We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal or our approval, using the same payment method you used, unless we agree otherwise with you.
  2. If you pay in instalments, you get back the instalments paid and the outstanding instalments are cancelled.
  3. After the refund, your access to the platform, the community and the coaching ends.

7. When there is no refund

Outside the schemes above, no refund is possible once you have received access. This applies, for example, if:

  • the period of the scheme has passed;
  • you do not achieve the results you hoped for (except under the guarantee in article 4): results also depend on your own effort;
  • you want to stop your membership early (see article 2 of the membership terms).

Your statutory rights, for example if a product does not do what was agreed, always continue to apply.

8. Changes

Your purchase is governed by the version of this policy that applied on the day of purchase. A new version only applies to later purchases.
